Last year my dh went to the dr and was diagnosed as having an accelerated heart rate...it was making him very tired. He was put on medication, but since he quit drinking mt. dew he hasn't had to take it. Maybe that is your dh's problem? The only thing that I can think of otherwise is he taking vitamins and getting plenty of sleep? My dh deals with work stress by leaving it at work. Sometimes when he first comes home he "unloads" on me about what was happening, but for the most part he just enjoys being with us when he is home. Dh has several hobbies that help him to unwind on his days off....all of them can be done alone or with the family. Dh's job is very stressful (correctional officer) but so far he has been able to handle it very well. I hope that your dh is able to find something that will help him get away from the work troubles at home.
Blessings,
Carie
